Terms and Conditions

1. Service description. NacionalidadePT Tracker is an independent service that monitors, on a best-effort automated basis, the status of Portuguese nationality processes on public platforms and sends email notifications when changes are detected.

This service is not official, does not replace direct consultation of official portals, and does not guarantee real-time monitoring.

2. Informational nature. The information provided by the service is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. The user is responsible for always confirming the process status through the relevant official portal.

3. Dependence on third-party systems. The service depends on external systems, including government platforms. Those systems may change how they work, restrict access, become unavailable, or change the format of their data. NacionalidadePT Tracker is not responsible for failures resulting from those changes.

4. Service availability. The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be interrupted, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

5. Notifications. Email notifications may be delayed, may fail, and are not guaranteed in real time. The user should not rely exclusively on these notifications for important decisions.

6. User responsibility. The user is responsible for providing correct information, including email address and process number, checking the official portal regularly, and ensuring that the provided email address remains accessible.

7. Payments and refunds. Access to the service may require payment. The service can be stopped at any time from the Tracker. After the service is activated, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, without obligation.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NacionalidadePT Tracker will not be liable for direct or indirect damages, financial losses, loss of opportunities, decisions made based on the information provided, or notification failures or delays.

9. Independence. NacionalidadePT Tracker is an independent service. It has no connection, affiliation, or representation with government entities, public institutes, or Portuguese official services.

10. Changes to the service. We reserve the right to change features, modify prices, and update conditions without prior notice.

11. Suspension or cancellation. We may suspend or terminate access to the service in cases of abusive use, attempted exploitation of the system, or improper use.

12. Data protection. The service collects only email address and process number. Those data are used exclusively for the operation of the service. We do not request personal documents or sensitive data.

13. Governing law. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
